These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of tickertv.app and every feature, page, stream, card, game mode, and communication channel offered through it (together, the "Platform"). By visiting, registering for, or using the Platform you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform immediately.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to hold an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

TickerTV is an independent social entertainment and technology platform. TickerTV is not a licensed, registered, chartered, or regulated financial entity of any kind, and is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading adviser, futures commission merchant, financial planner, fund manager, bank, money transmitter, payment institution, exchange, alternative trading system, custodian, insurer, credit provider, gambling operator, or lottery.

TickerTV holds no licence, registration, authorisation, membership, or approval from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, FINRA, the CFTC, the NFA, any state securities or gaming regulator, or any equivalent authority in any other country, and makes no claim to any such status. Nothing on the Platform should be interpreted as a representation that TickerTV is supervised, audited, bonded, insured, or otherwise accountable to any regulator.

TickerTV does not execute, route, clear, settle, custody, or facilitate any transaction in securities, derivatives, commodities, or currencies, does not hold or manage your money or assets, and does not provide brokerage, custody, tax, accounting, insurance, or legal services.

TickerTV owes you no fiduciary duty, duty of care, duty of loyalty, suitability obligation, best-execution obligation, professional duty, or other legal obligation of any kind in respect of your financial, trading, or personal decisions, except those obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

All content on the Platform is provided for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on the Platform — including live streams, chat, trader commentary, community ideas, cashtags, sentiment meters, earnings calls and votes, daily challenges, duels, leaderboards, badges, points, trading cards, AI-generated summaries or "TickerTV+" features, news reels, screeners, or third-party quotes and charts — constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, or an offer, solicitation, endorsement, rating, or recommendation to buy, sell, short, or hold any security or other financial instrument.

Market data, quotes, charts, fundamentals, news, and calendars are sourced from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete, out of date, mispriced, or simply wrong. TickerTV does not warrant the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any data and is not responsible for third-party outages or errors.

You should consult a properly licensed financial professional before making any investment decision. You are solely responsible for your own research, due diligence, position sizing, and outcomes.

Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including the total loss of invested capital, and are not suitable for everyone. Leveraged, margined, options, derivative, and crypto strategies can produce losses exceeding your original investment. Past performance of any user, creator, streamer, card, or market call is not indicative of future results.

You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks arising from your use of the Platform and from any decision you make that is informed, influenced, or inspired by content found here.

The Platform includes gamified social features, including collectible reputation trading cards, card finishes and foils, serial numbers, graded slabs and grades, card stats, abilities and archetypes, levels, streaks, badges, awards, trophies, mystery crates, starter packs, quests, card duels and wagers, daily challenges, and virtual points (together, the "Game Features").

Game Features are fictional entertainment mechanics. They are not securities, commodities, investment contracts, shares, tokens, coins, NFTs, stored value, e-money, vouchers, prizes, or wagers of real money or anything of value. They have no cash value, no redemption value, and no resale value; they are not your property, and they are not transferable outside the Platform.

Points and duel wagers are scorekeeping devices only. No purchase is required to play, no real money is ever staked, and no cash, cryptocurrency, security, or other consideration can ever be won or redeemed. Nothing on the Platform constitutes gambling, betting, gaming for money, a contest of chance for prizes, or a sweepstake.

TickerTV grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view and use Game Features on the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment only. TickerTV may at any time and without notice, liability, or compensation: create, alter, rebalance, regrade, devalue, expire, reset, revoke, or remove any card, grade, serial run, stat, badge, point balance, duel result, or leaderboard standing; adjust scoring rules retroactively; correct errors; or discontinue any Game Feature entirely.

Card statistics — including accuracy, win rate, streaks, call counts, and reputation scores — are unaudited internal game metrics computed from user-submitted activity. They are not verified, attested, audited, or regulated performance records, are not GIPS-compliant, and must not be presented to anyone, or relied upon by anyone, as a professional or real-money trading track record.

Sentiment meters, bullish/bearish tallies, watchlist and watcher counts, trending tickers, earnings votes, community ideas, posts, comments, reactions, direct messages, live streams, and profile content are created by users and reflect their unverified personal opinions.

TickerTV does not verify identity, credentials, holdings, positions, results, or claims made by any user, and does not endorse, adopt, fact-check, or take responsibility for any user-generated content. Such content may be biased, conflicted, promotional, coordinated, manipulative, mistaken, or entirely fabricated, including deliberate attempts to influence a stock's price. Aggregated player sentiment is a popularity signal about opinions on the Platform — it is not market research, not a forecast, and not a predictor of price or outcome.

You retain ownership of content you post and grant TickerTV a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, display, reproduce, adapt, and distribute it in connection with operating and promoting the Platform. You are solely responsible and liable for everything you post, including compliance with securities, advertising, disclosure, and intellectual property laws.

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• provide personalised investment advice, solicit investments, manage others' money, or hold yourself out as licensed when you are not;
• pump, dump, ramp, spoof, front-run, or otherwise manipulate the price of any instrument, or spread deliberately false market information;
• promote paid signal groups, unregistered offerings, pyramid or ponzi schemes, or undisclosed sponsored promotions;
• harass, threaten, defame, dox, or impersonate any person, including TickerTV staff and official accounts;
• post unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or infringing material, or automate, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or circumvent the Platform's access controls;
• buy, sell, trade, auction, or attempt to monetise accounts, points, cards, or other Game Features.

TickerTV may moderate, warn, mute, hide, remove content, adjust points, withdraw cards, or suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice or reason.

Optional paid features (such as Pro) and voluntary creator tips are processed by third-party payment providers. TickerTV does not store your full card details. Charges are for access to entertainment features only and never purchase securities, investment services, cash value, or any promise of return.

Unless required by law, payments and tips are non-refundable and non-reversible, and subscriptions continue until you cancel. Loss of access following cancellation, suspension, or discontinuation does not entitle you to a refund or to compensation for points, cards, or standings.

You may delete your account at any time from your settings. Deletion is permanent and removes your points, cards, standings, and history without compensation.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. TickerTV may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform, including any Game Feature, data source, route, or scoring rule, at any time without notice. TickerTV does not guarantee uptime, data accuracy, message delivery, stream quality, or preservation of any content or balance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TickerTV disclaims all warranties, express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, quiet enjoyment, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. TickerTV does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any information, sentiment signal, card stat, or market call on it is accurate, complete, or reliable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TickerTV and its founders, owners, operators, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, moderators, and content creators (the "Released Parties") shall have no legal obligation, duty, or liability whatsoever to you or to any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, capital, opportunity, points, cards, standings, or anticipated savings, arising out of or relating to the Platform, its content, its Game Features, any user-generated content or sentiment signal, any third-party data, any account action, or any decision you or anyone else makes in connection with them — whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statute, or any other theory, and whether or not the Released Parties were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, the total aggregate liability of the Released Parties for all claims is limited to the greater of the amount you paid TickerTV in the three months preceding the claim, or USD 100.

By accessing or using the Platform you expressly acknowledge and agree, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, to waive, release, and forever discharge the Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and causes of action — known or unknown, present or future — arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including trading and investment losses, reliance on any content, card, statistic, or sentiment signal, moderation and account decisions, loss of points or cards, service interruptions, and data errors.

You further covenant not to sue, arbitrate, initiate, join, or participate in any legal, regulatory, or class action against the Released Parties in respect of the released matters, and you agree to indemnify and hold the Released Parties harmless from any claim brought by a third party arising from your content or conduct on the Platform. Nothing here waives rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

TickerTV may update these Terms at any time; the version published here governs your use from the date shown above, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in force and the unenforceable part is limited to the minimum extent necessary.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TickerTV regarding the Platform, and are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
